Sound Bath

Reset your mind and heal your soul with sound! Come and enjoy a sound bath experience. Eden Foster is a sound energy healer. She plays a variety of instruments that are designed to recalibrate the mind and the body for a better you. This session will be a max of 18 with mats provided. Feel free to bring blankets, pillows, eye coverings, anything that will help you relax and feel cozy! Doors will open at 9:30 and locked at 9:55 so don't be late!
